草莓的纳米活性分子筛保鲜包装研究

摘要: 采用自发研制的纳米活性分子筛保鲜包装膜,进行草莓的气调包装保鲜效果研究。研究发现:在温室下,使用纳米活性分子筛保鲜包装膜包装的草莓保鲜期可提高2d;结合保鲜柜贮存的草莓保鲜期可提高到13d以上。A-9保鲜膜包装的草莓保鲜效果最优。

Abstract: In this study,the self-made nano-active molecular sieve fresh-keeping packaging film was used for controlled at mosphere fresh-keeping of strawberry fruits,and the fresh-keeping effects of the film were investigated. The results showed that under amaient condition,the fresh-keeping time of the strawberry packaged with nano-active molecular sieve packaging film is prolonged for 2 days,and the combination with fresh-keeping cabinet can prolong the fresh-keeping time to over 13 days. A-9 fresh-keeping film is the best for strawberry.
