摘要: 建立了水果中腈菌唑残留量的分析方法。样品经乙腈萃取,净化后采用毛细管气相色谱法氮磷检测器(GC-NPD)进行测定。方法检出限为0.008mg/kg,在0.10、0.50、1.00mg/kg三个添加水平,回收率为82.2%~97.8%,相对标准偏差为2.14%~5.51%。

Abstract: A method for the determination of myclobutanil residues in fruits was established with gas chromatogram-nitrogen phosphorus detector (GC-NPD). Residues of myclobutanil were extracted from sample with acetonitrile. After being cleaned up, the final extract was injected into GC with NPD. The detection limit was 0.008 mg/kg, precision and recovery tests were made at the spike level of 0.10, 0.50, 1.00 mg/kg respectively, and the results are as follows: recoveries in the range of 82.2%~97.8%, and relative standard deviation 2.14%~5.51%.
