低温、减压、臭氧对冬枣浆胞病防制作用的研究

摘要: 本实验对冬枣贮期危害较为严重的浆胞病进行了定性研究。通过对病原菌的分离、培养、纯化和鉴定,镜检得出试验冬枣浆胞病的病原菌为交链孢霉菌。通过不同温度、压力和臭氧处理对交链孢霉菌影响的研究,得出100mg/m3以上浓度的臭氧、20.3kPa压力和-0.5℃以下贮藏能有效抑制冬枣浆胞病霉菌孢子的繁殖。

Abstract:  The article mainly studied the fruit serosa disease, the major disease to Dongzao Jujube dring the fruit storage. The isolating, cultivating, purifying, examinating and microscopic examinates of the pathogen have been assayed. The fact that Alternaria Nee ex Wallr is the pathogen of fruit serosa disease of Dongzao Jujube has been assayed and identified. Moreover, the effects of temperature, pressure and ozone on Alternaria Nee ex Wallr have also been studied, and confirmed that 100 mg/m3 ozone at 20.3 kPa and-0.5 ℃ can refrain spores of Alternaria Nee ex Wallr from fast breeding.
