摘要: 本文简要阐述了目前国内外蜂蜜品种的鉴定技术,介绍了感官分析、花粉分析、常规理化分析、色谱、光谱等技术在蜂蜜品种鉴定的应用及研究概况,对蜂蜜品种鉴定今后的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract: This paper viewed all kinds of techniques of identification were used in determining honey types at present, including sensory analysis, pollen analysis, routine physico-chemical analysis, chromatography, spectroscopy technique. The prospect of honey types identification was also discussed.
