桑叶酸性蛋白多糖(APFM)对糖尿病模型小鼠的实验研究

Study on Acidic Proteoglycan from Folium mori on Alloxan-induced Diabetic Mice

摘要: 本实验通过动物模型实验初步探讨了桑叶酸性蛋白多糖(APFM)对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病模型小鼠的降糖以及对心脑等脏器的保护作用。实验结果显示,适当剂量(100mg/kg)的APFM能明显降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖值,增加其糖耐量,提高其脏器指数,显著降低小鼠血清中的总胆固醇丙二醛(MDA)、NO含量及NO合酶(NOS)活性等。提示APFM对糖尿病具有一定的预防和治疗作用。

Abstract: The hypoglycemic effect of acidic polysaccharides from F. mori (APFM) on alloxan diabetic mice were studied in this study. Results showed that appropriate dosage of APFM could obviously decrease the contents of blood glucose, serum total cholesterol and malondiadehyde (MDA) and NO and the NO synzyme (NOS) activity, evidently increase the glucose tolerance and visceral indexes of blood serum in diabetic mice. All of the above results demonstrated that appropriate dosage of APFM could prevent and treat diabetes.
