摘要/Abstract

摘要： 食品冷链物流是保障食品质量安全的有效手段,考虑到奥运会对于食品安全的严格要求,因此建设高效的食品冷链物流系统是非常必要的。本文主要研究三个方面:奥运食品冷链物流的基础研究、系统整体规划研究、运作方案研究。分析了国内外食品冷链的定义以及食品冷链物流的发展现状,并研究了奥运食品冷链物流的特性。以此为基础,预测了北京奥运会对于冷链物流的需求,同时阐述了奥运食品冷链物流系统各子系统的规划内容。并对于系统建设中两个重要部分冷链物流的配送和信息平台建设问题进行了深入研究。

Abstract: Firstly, this paper put forward the definition of cold chain, analyzed the condition of cold chain logistics, and studied the characteristic of Olympic food cold chain logistics. On this basis, the demand for cold-chain logistics of Olympic Games was forcasted, and the Olympic food cold chain logistics subsystem content was expounded. Finally two important parts of the system were studied deeply: the cold chain distribution and logistics information platform construction.
