摘要: 本文研究了以胶原纤维为吸附材料对茶多酚的吸附纯化特性。结果表明,该类吸附材料对茶多酚具有较好吸附选择性、高吸附容量和良好的解吸性能,其吸附容量右可达850mg/g。用50%乙醇静态解吸后茶多酚回收率达85.46%,产品纯度达99%以上。茶多酚在胶原纤维上的吸附平衡符合Freundlich方程;吸附动力学符合拟二级速率方程。

Abstract: Collagen fiber adsorbent was employed to purify tea polyphenols. The results indicated that the adsorbent had strong absorption selectivity, high absorption capacity (850mg/g) and good desorption efficiency. After eluted by 50% ethanol-water solution, the yield of tea polyphenols was 85.46%, and the purity could reach 99%. The adsorption isotherms of tea polyphenols could be well described by the Freundlich equation; and the adsorption kinetics data is well fitted to pseudo-second-order rate model.
