摘要: 蛋白组学在营养学研究中有着广泛的应用,并为肥胖、糖尿病、心血管疾病和衰老等营养相关疾病研究提供了新的思路。本文就蛋白组学技术及其在营养学研究中的应用进展进行了综述。

Abstract: Proteomics has been widely applied to nutrition research. Proteome analysis also is expected to play an important role in researching nutrition-associated diseases in humans and animals, such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and aging. Proteomic techniques and its applications in nutrition research are reviewed.
