基质固相分散-HPLC测定松花蛋中苏丹红

Determination of Sudan Pigment in Preserved Egg by Combination of Matrix Solid Phase Dispersion and High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要: 建立松花蛋中苏丹红I~IV残留分析的高效液相色谱法。样品通过基质固相分散(MSPD)快速萃取净化,Novapak C18(3.9×250mm,5μm)进行分离,用双波长紫外检测器双波长进行检测,波长为478nm和520nm,对于阳性样品通过双柱进行确认。回收率在85.5%~97.5%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~5.1%,最低检测限为0.1μg/ml。

Abstract: An analytic method for Sudan I~IV residues determination in preserved eggs by HPLC was developed. The sample was extracted and purified quickly by matrix solid phase dispersion (MSPD), separated by a Waters Nova-Park C18 (3.9mm×150 mm,5μm) and detected respectivey with two wavelengths UV detector at 478nm and 520 nm. Two pillars confirmed a positive result. The recoveries range of determination is 85.5%~97.5%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 3.1%~5.1%. The detection limit is 0.1μg/ml.
