西瓜可溶性糖和纤维素含量的近红外光谱测定

摘要: 本研究利用傅利叶变换近红外光谱法非破坏测定西瓜干粉中可溶性糖和纤维素含量,可溶性糖含量的化学值与近红外预测值之间的相关系数为0.994,纤维素含量的化学值与近红外预测之间的相关系数为0.985,结果表明测定结果均达到显著相关关系,可应用于西瓜品质的快速评价。

Abstract: In this article, the amount of sugar and fiber in watermelon was determined by NIRs(near-infrared spectroscopy). The correlation coefficient of chemical assay value vs. predicted value of sugar is 0.994.The correlation coefficient of chemical assay value vs. predicted value of fiber is 0.985.This method can be used for the rapid determination of watermelon quality.
