羊胎盘免疫调节因子对~(60)Co-γ射线辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能影响的研究

摘要: 目的:研究羊胎盘免疫调节因子对60Co-γ射线辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用60Co-γ射线辐射致免疫损伤模型,MTT法检测羊胎盘免疫调节因子对ConA、LPS诱导的脾淋巴细胞的增殖效应,耳廓增重法检测迟发超敏反应(delayedtypehypersensitivity,DTH),酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linkedsorbentassay,ELISA)法检测血清IgG的生成能力。结果:羊胎盘免疫调节因子可显著促进脾淋巴细胞的增殖,提高小鼠DTH反应和血清IgG的生成。结论:羊胎盘免疫调节因子促进免疫损伤小鼠特异性免疫功能的恢复,提高小鼠抗辐射损伤的能力。

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of goat plancenta immunoregulatory factor(GPIF) on the immunological function of mice irradiated by 60Co-γray. This study was carried out by determining the rat of splenic lymphocytes induced by ConA or LPS with MTT test, the ability of DTH with the changes of weight of ear’s piece, and the levels of IgG in serum with ELISA test. The results indicated that GPIF could efficiently increase the numbers of splenic lymphocytes irradiated by 60Co-γray, enhance the ability of delayed type hypersensitivity, and increase the level of IgG in serum of mice wholly irradiated by 60Co-γray. It was concluded that GPIF could recover the specific immunity function of mice with the immunity damage by irradiation and increase the ability of mice with irradiation resistance.
