摘要: 采用水提醇沉法提取芦荟多糖,用三氟乙酸(TFA)水解,通过1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)衍生水解后的单糖,衍生物用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)分析,紫外检测,研究了三种常见芦荟多糖的单糖组成及摩尔比。结果表明:利用RP-HPLC研究芦荟多糖的单糖组成简便易行,并且芦荟多糖因品种不同存在单糖组成差异。从而建立了研究芦荟多糖的新方法。

Abstract: In this article, Aloe polysaccharide was extracted by water and precipitated by ethanol. The polysaccharide was hydrolyzed by TFA. A method for the derivatization of polysaccharide hydrolysate with 1-phenyl-3-methyl- 5-pyrazolone (PMP) was used to study the composition and molar ratio of three different species of Aloe by RP-HPLC. Results showed that the method of using RP-HPLC on studing Aloe polysaccharide composition is simple and convienient, and the Aloe polysaccharidescontent and sugar composition show differences among different species. Thus,a new method to study Aloe polysaccharide composition is established.
