摘要: 本文综述γ-亚麻酸的生理功能和代谢途径中△6-脂肪酸脱氢酶相关研究的进展,并提出可采用代谢工程的原理和方法对γ-亚麻酸做进一步深入探讨的观点。

Abstract: The physical function ofγ- linolenic acid and △ 6 - fatty acid desaturase in biosynthetic pathway of polyunsaturated fatty acids was overviewed , and the principles and methods of metabolic engineering applied in the production of GLA were also proposed to make further study.
