摘要: 本文通过对青州蜜桃研究后发现:在71d的贮藏期内,减压能有效维持SOD、CAT活性;能有效抑制PPO活性;但贮藏后期PPO活性差异不明显;减压延缓了二次呼吸高峰近14d,极大的抑制了第二次呼吸高峰的峰值,然而对第一次呼吸高峰的峰值没有影响。

Abstract: The storability of peach was studied in this experiment .The result showed that fruits from hypobaric storage havehigher firmness and activity of SOD and CAT, and lower activity of PPO and intensity of respiration than contrasted fruits.Hypobaric storage can lengthen the period of storage of peach.
