摘要: 本文对大樱桃不同品种、不同采收成熟度进行了贮藏保鲜试验,分析了各种因素对贮藏保鲜效果的影响,确定了大樱桃不同品种最适宜贮藏的采收成熟度及相关参考指标。

Abstract: The storage experimentation was carried through for different varieties and different ripening degrees. The effectsof storage from diversified factors were analyzed, and suitable ripening degrees for different varieties of Europe cherry andcorrelative indexes were confirmed in the paper.
