大孔树脂纯化红景天甙工艺的研究

摘要: 本研究以超临界CO2萃取后的红景天干粉乙醇常温浸提液中的红景天甙为纯化对象,采用大孔树脂对纯化工艺进行了系统的研究,并得出初步纯化红景天甙的最佳工艺路线。其工艺参数为:树脂类型:NKA-Ⅱ;树脂用量:5mg红景天甙/g干树脂;解吸剂:二氯甲烷:乙醇=7:3;解吸剂流速:2倍柱体积/h;解吸剂用量:16ml/g干树脂。通过此纯化工艺可将红景天甙初步纯化到40%,解吸率为98.02%。

Abstract: With alcohol extracting solution of Rhodiola sachalinensis powder processed by supercritical CO2 extraction, the purification process of salidroside was studied with resin. The optimal process conditions were: the kind of resin NKA-Ⅱ, the consumption of resin 5mg(salidroside)/g(dry resin), the strippant ratio of methylene dichloride to ethanol 7:3, the flow rate of strippant 2 times volume of column/h and the consumption of strippant 16ml/g(dry resin). The purity of salidroside can reach 40% by this purification process. The ratio of stripping is 98.02%.
