摘要: 用超声波提取,通过L9(34)正交试验,探讨了提取条件对鱼腥草(HoustoniancordataThunb)叶黄酮类物质提取量的影响。结果:各试验因素对鱼腥草叶黄酮类物质提取量的影响依次为提取时间、提取功率、乙醇浓度、提取溶剂配比。

Abstract: Flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb leaves were prepared according to a L9(34) orthogonal test plan. The relationship between extracting conditions and yield of flavonoids extracted from Houttuynia cordata Thunb was investigated. Result: the processing conditions affected the yield, and that the effect of each condition decreased in the following order: extracting time, with power of extraction, extracting ethanol concentration and in proportion of extracting solvents.
