复合火腿肠对小鼠脂类代谢和免疫功能的影响

摘要: 复合火腿肠是一种新型食品。本实验研究了复合火腿对小鼠脂类代谢和免疫功能的影响,结果表明,复合火腿肠比普通火腿肠营养更为丰富,能明显降低小鼠体重、体脂和TG、TC含量,改善了脂类代谢;对小鼠胸腺重、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、溶血素含量和足趾肿胀厚度也有一定的增强作用,促进了机体的非特异性免疫和特异性免疫功能。

Abstract: The composite ham sausage is a new type of foods. The effect of composity ham sausage lipid metabolism and immunity function in mice was studied in this experiment.The results showed that the composite was more nutritions than general ham sausage. It could greatly decrease body weight and the contents of fat. TG and Tc and improve lipid metabolism in mice. It also could regulate the non-specific and specific immunity in mice, so as to strengthen then the thymus, phagocy- tosis of macrophage hemolysin and toe swelling tickness.
