摘要： 芦荟大黄素作为芦荟的重要有效成分，不但具有抗菌作用，还有抗肿瘤和免疫抑制的功效。用薄层扫描法对市售某芦荟口服液中的芦荟大黄素进行提取并定量分析，对其薄层扫描条件进行研究，并进行了回收率和精密度试验，结果满意。此方法可用于含芦荟保健品的测定。

Abstract: Being the important active constituent of aloe aloe-emodin possesses antiseptic power antitumor andantibacterial immunity We applied thin layer scanning to the extraction and determination of aloe emodin from aloeextract.Relative standard deviation is 2.28% recovery is 98.44% .This method can be applied to the determinationof aloe- emodin in health food containing aloe.
