摘要: 用海藻糖酶分析生物材料中海藻糖的结果表明:在0.012~1.12μmol/ml范围内,海藻糖与相应的A525nm有良好的线性关系:Y=-0.009+0.405X,r=0.991。最佳分析条件为pH5.6,50℃,20min。本方法准确、专一性强,且不受其它杂质干扰。

Abstract: This paper reported the determination of trehalose in biol ogical materials by trehalase in the range of0.012 ~1. 12mlo/ml concentration of trehalose was linearly related to A=525nm,Y=-0.009+0.405X,r=0.991 .Optimumconditions of analysis were pH5.6,50℃,20min.The method was accurate,specific and not interfered by impurities.
