摘要: 免疫纳米金技术是近年发展较快的标记技术,在生物医学方面已有广泛应用,以纳米金为基础开发的检测技术具有快速、准确、灵敏、特异性高的特点。本文从纳米金技术应用的发展历程出发,介绍了以纳米金为标记物的快速检测技术的现状,及其在食品安全快速检测中的应用,并展望了纳米金广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: The marking method with nanogold is a fast developing immuno-marking technology in recent years.It has been widely used in biomedicine.The assay which is exploited and based on nanogold is rapid,exact,sensitive and specific.In this paper,the research progress of nanogold and its application in rapid detection for food safety are introduced.The future of nanogold is also prospected.
