摘要: 麸皮中含有丰富的膳食纤维,对人体消化系统有重要的生理作用;麸皮中的另一种主要成分B族维生素亦对人体有一定的调节功能。本文介绍了麸皮面包的功能性,并对其生产工艺进行了探讨。

Abstract: There is abundent dietary fibre in husk, It has important physiological action on digestive system of human. Another composition in husk-vitamin B aslo has some functional action to human. This article introduce of bread which was added some husk. and give the production technique of husk bread.
