枣粉喷雾干燥的初步研究

摘要:  以不同型式的喷雾干燥设备和不同的助干剂、不同的操作参数,研究了枣粉的喷雾干燥。并且对枣粉的红外节能型喷雾干燥进行了试验。

Abstract:  Spray drying of jujube dates juice in different spray drying equipments,varies drying aids and operation conditions had been studied. Spray drving in which infrared irradiation as heat source had also been experienced.
