对乙酰基偶氮胂动力学光度法测定铜的研究

摘要: 在弱酸性介质中,活性剂α,α-联吡啶存在下,痕量铜(Ⅱ)对抗坏血酸还原对乙酰基偶氮胂褪色的反应有强烈的催化作用。本文研究了这一催化褪色反应的最佳条件和动力学参数,建立了灵敏地测定痕量铜的新方法。该方法的最低检测限为3.15×10-10g/ml,测定的线性范围0.3~1.0μg/25ml,用于食品中痕量铜的测定,结果满意。

Abstract: AnewKineticSpectrophotometrymethodforthedeterminationofcopperh asbeenestablished,inwhichp -acethlarsenazo was reducedto discolour by ascorbic acid inHAc -NaAc,wi th copper used as the catalyst andα,α-bipyridineastheactivator.Thekin eticconditionshavebeen studied.T hedetectionlimitofthemethodwas3.15×10-10 g /ml.Thelinearrangeofdeterminatio nwas 0.3~1.0μg /25ml for copper.Satisfactory results were abtained for the de-termination of copper in foodand water.
