摘要: 研究了不同添加剂对壳聚糖膜性能的影响。结果表明:添加甘油后,膜的水蒸汽透过率和透气性提高,抗拉强度下降;添加硬脂酸后,膜的透气性提高,水蒸汽透过率和抗拉强度则下降。

关键词: 壳聚糖, 可食性膜

Abstract: The film forming properties of an edible film prepared by chitosan with some additives were studied.By adding glycerol,the water vapor and carbon dioxide permeability of the film increased,while the tensile strength decreased.The addifion of stearic acid increased the carbon dioxide permeability while decreased the water vapor permeability and tensile strength of the film.
