摘要:
通过菊苣酸作用于3T3-L1前脂肪细胞,检测其对PGC-1α及FoxO4蛋白表达的影响并探讨其作用机制。结果表明,菊苣酸能够有效抑制细胞中PGC-1α及FoxO4蛋白的表达;PI3K/Akt抑制剂LY294002可增强菊苣酸对两种蛋白的影响。提示菊苣酸通过PI3K/Akt信号通路下调PGC-1α及FoxO4蛋白的表达。
