摘要:
本文首先对我国食品安全应急管理体系研究现状进行综述,并对我国基层食品安全应急管理体系进行调查。再以镉大米事件的应对为例,在问卷调查和实证研究的基础上,对环境污染食品型突发事件的消解式应急处置进行了分析,最后提出完善食品安全应急管理体系的六点建议。

Abstract:
In the present study, the current status of research on food safety emergency management system (FSEMS) in China is summarized. FSEMSs at the grassroot level are also investigated. Meanwhile, the strategies to cope with the cadmium-tainted rice incident are also analyzed. Based on questionnaire surveys and empirical studies, six suggestions on how to establish a complete food safety emergency management system are proposed.
