摘要: 解决石油基食品包装造成的环境污染问题,纤维素是理想的替代材料。由于纤维素的高密度氢键使其具有较强的亲水性,提高纤维素的阻隔性刻不容缓。本文介绍了植物基纤维素绿色制备的方法,详细阐述了其在阻隔性改性方面的措施,为该类材料的生产、加工提供了借鉴。本文重点收集了纤维素基阻隔性包装材料在生鲜食品和加工食品食品上的应用实例,为高阻隔纤维素包装的实际应用提供了理论依据。最后,本文总结了纤维素阻隔性包装目前面临的挑战,希望能为未来的工业化生产增添助力。

Abstract: Cellulose is an ideal alternative material to solve the environmental pollution caused by petroleum-based food packaging. Due to the high density hydrogen bond of cellulose, it has strong hydrophilicity, so it is urgent to improve the barrier property of cellulose. This paper introduces the green preparation method of plant-based cellulose, and elaborates its measures in barrier modification, which provides a reference for the production and processing of such materials. This paper focuses on the application examples of cellulose-based barrier packaging materials in fresh food and processed food,and provides a theoretical basis for the practical application of high barrier cellulose packaging. Finally, this paper summarizes the current challenges faced by cellulose barrier packaging, hoping to add power to future industrial production.
