Recent Advances in the Effect of Maternal Dietary Nutrition during Pregnancy and Lactation on Offspring Bone Development

摘要: 妊娠期和哺乳期母亲膳食营养摄入对子代骨骼发育至关重要,其不仅会改变宫内胚胎骨骼发育程序,还会对出生后早期骨骼生长和长远骨骼健康产生影响。本文详细阐述妊娠期和哺乳期母亲蛋白质摄入量、高脂/高胆固醇饮食、高糖饮食、长链多不饱和脂肪酸水平、钙元素和VD补充等对子代骨骼发育的影响,并从表观遗传调控、内分泌信号和子代营养获取等方面综述其潜在作用机制,以期为妊娠期和哺乳期母亲膳食营养补充提供科学指导。

Abstract: Maternal dietary nutrition during pregnancy and lactation plays a critical role in offspring bone development. It not only alters the programming of skeletal development in utero, but also affects early postnatal bone growth and long-term skeletal health. This article elaborates on the impacts of maternal protein intake, high-fat/high-cholesterol diet, high-sugar diet, levels of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, calcium and vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy and lactation on offspring bone development. Furthermore, it reviews the potential mechanisms from the aspects of epigenetic regulation, endocrine signaling, and offspring nutrient acquisition, aiming to provide scientific guidance for maternal nutritional supplementation during these critical periods.
