摘要: 金针菇多糖(Flammulina velutipes polysaccharide,FVP)是金针菇的主要活性成分之一,具有良好的免疫调节,抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤活性。本文系统梳理了FVP的提取纯化工艺及其精细结构特征,重点剖析了其在“免疫器官-免疫细胞-模式识别受体-信号通路-肠道微生态”五大维度的分子免疫机制。同时,深入探讨了FVP的构效关系,并对其在食品、医药、日化及农业领域的应用潜力进行了展望,旨在为FVP的高值化开发提供科学参考。

Abstract: Flammulina velutipes polysaccharide (FVP) is one of the major active components of Flammulina velutipes, exhibiting prominent immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antitumor activities. In this paper, the extraction and purification processes as well as the fine structural characteristics of FVP were systematically summarized, and its molecular immunomodulatory mechanisms were emphatically analyzed from five dimensions, namely "immune organs-immune cells-pattern recognition receptors-signaling pathways-intestinal microecology". Meanwhile, the structure-activity relationship of FVP was deeply discussed, and its application potential in the fields of food, medicine, daily chemicals and agriculture was prospected, aiming to provide scientific references for the high-value development of FVP.
