摘要: 鼠伤寒沙门氏菌作为重要的食源性致病菌,对公共卫生安全构成持续威胁,发展其快速、精准的检测技术是实现有效防控的关键。免疫学检测方法凭借高灵敏度和强特异性,已成为该领域的研究热点。本文综述应用于鼠伤寒沙门氏菌检测的主要免疫学技术的研究进展,包括常规和新型的检测技术。通过阐述各类方法的原理、性能特点及优势与局限性,旨在为推动构建更加高效、便捷的检测体系提供理论依据,从而强化食品安全监控链条,提升公共卫生风险应对能力。

Abstract: Salmonella Typhimurium, as a significant foodborne pathogen, poses a continuous threat to public health and safety. The development of rapid and accurate detection technologies is crucial for the effective prevention and control of this pathogen. Immunological detection methods, with their high sensitivity and strong specificity, have become a research hotspot in this field. This article reviews the major immunological techniques applied to the detection of Salmonella Typhimurium, including both conventional and novel detection technologies. By elaborating on the principles, performance characteristics, advantages, and limitations of various methods, this paper aims to provide a theoretical basis for the development of a more efficient and user-friendly detection system, thereby strengthening the food safety monitoring chain and improving response to public health risks.
