Scientific and Technological Support System in Food Safety: International Developments as well as Situation and Trend in China

Abstract:

The global trade of food promotes the risk of food safety existing and spreading in wider geographical field, and increases the harmfulness of food safety to a certain extent. Strengthening the construction of scientific and technological support system is useful to promote the development of China s export trade of food. This article analyzed the components of scientific and technological support system, described its situations in developed countries and our country respectively based on different national conditions, and forecasted its developing prospect in future China.
