Abstract: Through hygienical surveying, toxicologic testing and physical - chemical analysing on 54 casings for sausages in home market made from the vinylidene chloride - vinyl chloride copolymer resins at home and abroad, it bringr to light that their hygienic quality is similar, comes up to the Japenese intemal -controlling standard and is safe for human body basically.
