Abstract: The paper established dualism regression equation for HDPE bottle’s deformation.various temperatures and pressure differences by means of simulated test to determine the HDPE bottle’s detbrmationa degree in two sterilization processes The critical pressure differences between the inside of a HDPE bottle and its aluminum foil seal were obtained.
