Abstract: By taking the abundant-selenium Indocalamus leave and sweet Gynostemma Pentaphyllum constituents Makino as main raw materials in Enshi mountainous area a health drink was developed with the following Selenium 0.08mg/kg Polysaccharide 1.0g/kg Gypenosides 0.5g/kg.
