The Determination of Glucose in Food by Chemiluminescence Glucose Sensor

Abstract: In this paper. a kind of chemiluminescence glucose sensor based on GOD glucose oxidase immobilized by solgel was proposed. With the application of the sensor to flowing injection chemiluminescent system, glucose could be effectively determined with the linear range of its concentration in 10~1000μmol/L and detection limit at 0.8 μ mol/L.A complete analysis could be performed in 1 min with RSD (Relative Standard Deviation) of 1 .6% .The system has been applied successfully to the determination of glucose in various food samples.
