Processing Study on Mixed Drink of Lotus Root, Couchgrass Root and Chrysanthemum

Abstract: This paper mainly introduced the processing and manufacturing of the drink by mixing lotus root,couchgrass root and chrysanthemum.It also probed into its specific technology,offering a reference for the technicians concerned.
