Abstract:  Soluble components of Juglans regial were extracted uging 95% ethanol,ethylacetate,n-hexane one by one and their antioxiative activies were detrmined using Chemiluminescence,DPPH and TBA method. The results showed that all kinds of extracts of Juglans regial have had scavenging effects on DPPH radical. The 95% ethanol extracts showed the highest activities, where as ethylacetate extracts the second. The 95% ethanol extracts gave stronger resistance to the autoxidative system of linoleate than ethylacetate ones.On the contrary the n-hexane extracts promoted the oxidation. In the linoleate per oxidative system catalyzed by Fe2+ and Fenton reaction, the inhibiting action of 95% ethanol extracts was stronger than tea polyphenols with the same concentration.Besides,95% ethanol extracts showed strong scavenging effects on superoxidized anionic radical(O2·) Produced by system of alkaline Bipheng Triphenol, but give weak scavenging effects on hydroxy1 radical(·OH) Produced by VC-Cu-barm-H2O2 system.
