Abstract: The optimum concentrating conditions of Brassica campestris pigment by macroporous adsorption resin were studied. As a result, while macroporous adsorption resin NKA- Ⅱ with a solution containing 0.3% citric acid and 60% ethanol as eluent was selected, the concentration efficiency was very good. The recovery rate was up to 92.8% and pigment of the abstract liquid could be concentrated 10 times through The adsorption- elution cycle.
