Abstract: This paper studied on China ,s vegetable developing trend to wards industrialization agriculture ,modernization of circulation and standardization of marketing ,so as to improve the vegetable quality and hygiene ,it expounded the necessarity of the vegetable commodity standardization control ,key technique of cold chain circulation and some proposals for improving hygiene quality.
