Scientific Study on Tea Infusion Method for Drinking by Filter Paper Substrate Room Temprature Phosphorimetry

Abstract: The method of filter paper substrate room temperatuer phosphoremtry and potassium permanganate titration was applied for investigation on various factors affecting caffeine and tea polyphenols extraction.These factors were water temperature,infusing time and water quality.This paper proposed scientific and reasonable method and theory for tea-infusion in drinking.
