HPLC-MS Assay Study on Determination of Defatted Soybean Saponin V of Group B

Abstract: The soybean saponin was extracted from defatled soybean seeds by the method of alcohol solution soaking,butanol extraction and acetone precipitation. Group B soybean saponin was separated by resin column chromatographic method. Soybean saponinⅤof group B was determined by HPLC-MS.
