Abstract

Abstract: In this paper,apoptosis and inhibit ion of EJ cells ,a colon of bladder can cer cell line induced by tea polyphenols in cell culture were stu died.Inhibition of EJ cell culture b y different concentrations of polyp henols was observedbymeans ofEJ cellgrowthactivityandapoptosis was detectedby DNAgelelectrophoresis.AftertheE J cellline was treatedbyteapolyphenols,itsh owedthatthegrowthofEJ cells was in hibitedbypolyphenols invitro.125～500μg /ml "DNAladder"was observedona1%agarosegel.Poly phenosloftea does aneffectoninhib iting andkilling ofEJ cell of bladder cancer on tea polyphenos concentration1000μg /ml.
