Abstract: In this article,methods of extracting crude proteinwere studied.Besid es,the various contents of protein,amino acid,fatandthe like inthe cru de proteinwere also determined.The selectedmethodwouldnotonly incre ase the addedvalue of the product but also re duce the pollution,andhence was goo d to the environment.
