Study on Unite -Photometric Method Determination of Zinc with Microfil termembrance concentration Dithizone Carbon Tetrachloride Once -exhaust

Abstract

Abstract: Nitrifying specimens with HNO3-HClO4 ,we found out the content of Zn by use o f micropore -enrich-ment -Dithizone -Carbon tetrachloride -once exhaust -unite -photometr ic -method,which is a new method to analyze Zn content Its linearity ran ge was0～4μg /5ml ,Sandell =40.0×10 -4μg /cm2 ,variability rate3.16%and av-erage recover rate97.7%～103.4%.this direct -quick -photometric me thodcouldbe usedwildly,suchas analysis of food,forage,biomaterial and etc.
