Abstract: The method for the derermination of Fe in fortified soy sauce by m ic rowave digestion-flame atomitic absorption spectrometry was established in this paper.The method was proved to be simple,rapid,precise and convenient.The reco v ery is 98%~104%.The relative standard deviation is 3.3%.The detection limi t was 0.048靏/mL
