The Animal Food Safety and HACCP

Abstract: This article mainly summarizes the current situation of animal food safety and the problems exits in animalfood processing . Taking the chilled meat as an example,it introduces the application of Hazard Analysis and Critical ControllPoint in the animal food processing.
