Abstract: This paper focus on the problem of nitrite index in drinking public water supply,through large quantity of practicalinvestigation,water quality examining and annual data analysis,study the influence of the water source pollution,the biochemicalconversion,the chloramines sterilizing technology and the public water pipeline on the nitrite index in drinking public watersupply,and offer some proper plans.
