Abstract: Purpose:To observe the promoting effect of albumin polypeptide on absorption of nucleoside in intestinal andon cellular immune function in tested mice. Method:The radioactive values of 3H-TdR in intestinal, liver, thymus etc. weredetected using isotope trace method. The group of mixture dieted albumin polypeptide with 3H-TdR was compared with the groupdieted only 3H-TdR in mice. At the same time, the proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes stimulated by Con A was alsodetected using MTT method. Results and Conclusion:The albumin polypeptide is able to promote the absorption andtransport of nucleoside in intestinal and the distribution of 3H-TdR into liver and thymus. Furthermore, the proliferation activityof splenic lymphocytes from the test groups in which the mixture diet of albumin polypeptide and nucleic acid was poured tostomach of mice was higher then control group. The results show that the both of dietary albumin polypeptides and nucleic acidas a new type of conditional nutrition source can increase the cellular immune function of animal body.
