The Application of SPE-GC Method in Residue Detection of Organ Phosphorus Pesticides in Fruits and Vegetables

Abstract: In residue detection of organ phosphorus pesticides in fruits and vegetables, how to use SPE-GC method to analyzeis discussed in this paper, especially how to select the appropriate SPE conditions, including extraction solvent and its volume,the column-washing solvent, the solvent to wash and its flow. Then a method is set up. More important, a high recovery ratioand a very good recurrence can be given. So that it can be a method worthy of extending.
